The whole family will love it!" ~Wanda Murray, Clearwater, FL Ingredients * 1 tablespoon finely ground dark-roasted coffee * 2 teaspoons kosher salt * 1 teaspoon light brown sugar * 1/2 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper * 1/4 teaspoon ground allspice, optional Directions 1. In a small bowl mix the rub ingredients 2. Prepare a two-zone fire for high heat 3. Lightly coat the your Certified Angus Beef® Boneless Ribeye Steaks on both sides with oil.
